Do not waste your time with this movie. I saw an advanced screening of it last night and it was terrible. My expectations for the movie were low to begin with but boy I was still left hanging. It was free for me(work function) and I was still upset that I could not get my two hours of my life back. I should have listen to my co-worker who snuck in to see Bad Boys 2 instead.

Though it would have been better if James cameron had taken part in the making of it, I felt it was a pretty worthy successor to the other two films. The other two were great movies(classics). This one was really good but not great.

It wasn't your low expectations, but your wrong expectations that was the problem. I have yet to see a video game turned into a decent movie. The whole point to seeing this movie is watching the scenery and looking at AJ scantily clad. If you're lucky they may throw in some decent FX.

I'm going to see it next week so please don't try to ruin it for me any more. Thank you.

My expectations for any movie no matter what it is based on is how entertaining it looks. I usually base that on previews. It does not matter what the movie is based on a descent writer, director and producer can make it work. I could give a **** less about AJ being scantily clad cause from the neck down she is a complete waste. It's funny how you know what my expectations were when you 1. Don't know me 2. Don't know my taste in movies.

Terminator kicked ass! Don't expect any new technology being used like in the second flick, but it's definitely a good one if you like non-stop action. Go see it .....

If you had few expectations going in, it wasn't that bad. Non-stop action and set pieces. It really came off as a kid-flick that wanted to be for grown folks. I got a kick out of most of it and AJ was hot as usual.

See it with a 13 year old relative (I took my nephew) - it's fun watching kids get a kick out of the movies.

Now that Pirates of the Carribean was the shiz - saw it twice and could go again.

Pirates of the Caribbean was suprisingly good. i reluctantly went with others and ended up really enjoying the movie.

johnny depp did a fantastic job in this movie... i read that he supposedly based his portrayal of a pirate on keith richards, following the idea that pirates were the rock stars (hedonists) of their day.

SPOILER WARNING!

If one could attract a shark, hold its attention long enough to hit it on the snout AND hit it hard enough to dumbfound it, then MAYBE one could ride it to the surface IF it was already going that way. ;)
