What is Sights and Sounds?
Sights and Sounds was created out of a need for a late night event catering to house music and dance culture enthusiasts. It was equally created out of a need for a platform for new and emerging Atlanta based artists to showcase their work, network and build a connection with other creatives across artistic mediums.
"Sights and Sounds: an artistic excursion into deep house" is a weekly experience. Each and every Friday we aim to feed your senses.
"The activity of art is based on the fact that a man, receiving through his sense of hearing or sight another man's expression of feeling, is capable of experiencing the emotion which moved the man who expressed it." ~ Leo Tolstoy (1828-1910)
There so much drama in the world today and we all need an outlet. Art has always been the one way in which humans have been able to outwardly express what they inwardly possess!
