Female vocal only heard it once on the radio.
Moody bassline with vocal snippets singing "Take take..take it away".

The first verse starts off "It's not easy taking on responsiblities.." but I can't remember the rest.

One of the highlights of the song is the singer singing "Whoo whoo whooo whooooooooo...laa laaaa laaa laaaaaaa haaaa".

Anyone?
