R-R Ronnie, have you looked into drinking soy milk? i get this one soy milk from lactaid and i highly recommend it. yesterday i went to the coffeehouse to get my usual iced soy latte but they were out of soy but i was craving some espresso so i went ahead and had it with skim milk and i hate to admit it but that stuff tore my freaking stomach and had me running to the bathroom more than i would have liked. but soy milk is a great alternative for us that are lactose intolerant. it might take a while to get used to but it is definitely tolerable when it's mixed with something like cereal or coffee. i drink it solo now but that took a while and now i actually enjoy it.

I love this shit... When I was kid I would get up in the morning and make a big ass bowl of Frosted Flakes, but if we didn't have and sugar I had to pour it down the toilet... I like the bottom of the bowl to sugary... Thick as sugar... My mother used to beat my ass... Like nicca... You know how much that bowl of cereal cost??? Then she started by CORN FLAKES in a big white box with grean letters... And no matter how much sugar you put on that shit it didn't taste GRRREAT!!!!!

Lactaid pills dont work on me unless i have a tinee tiny bowl *uck dat im goin for the Jethro Bodeen bowl everytime graemlins/thumbsup.gif R-R Captain Crunch??? dang, that's where i got my very first record from as a 3 year old!
i'm not a big cereal eater these days but i've always loved Fruity Pebbles in those rare instances when my parents will change up from same-o kellogs corn flakes...not only that, but i used to loooove all those fruity pebbles commercials with Barney Rubble plotting to steal a bowl of Pebbles ("oh what i would do to get fruity pebbles from you know who!") what about that fruity pebbles commercial around 1987-88 when Barney gets decked out with the Run-Dmc gear (black hat and uniform with the chunky gold rope on his neck) and he starts rapping about fruity pebbles with Fred repeating each line ("he loves fruity pebbles in a major way")?????
did anyone remember also around 87-88 a cereal that briefly came and went called "Ice Cream Jones"? usually the commercials started with some kids trying to get out of a sketchy situation and right in the nick of time, Ice Cream Jones comes right in with his bicycle and his distinctive bell with the following jingle:
my name's ice cream jones
and i'm going to tell you about my ice cream cones
a crunchy, corny cereal for breakfast
with the great taste of...ice cream jones (something to that order???)
the cereal was flooded with ice cream cones and was overly sweet...i miss those dang kid's cereal ads!!!

And no matter how much sugar you put on that shit it didn't taste GRRREAT!!!!! hahahahhahaha...... :D
