Where can I pick up some house style sounds?

Thanks in advance.

There is plenty built in such as the halion one etc
You need to tweak them and delve into how synths work
I also recomend the korg legacy collection

What sort of sound are you trying to create?
A good starting point is experiment with the track presets and tweak to suit

well I made 3 tracks so far using this software, with the built in sounds, but i need new sounds to experiment with. I need more sounds found in house tracks.

read the manual

as for sounds you mean samples?

in ANY synth you can create all the sounds you need my man
but you will need to study hard on sound design
no shorcuts in this game

hey blackwax, whats your take on the house soundpacks with sp1200 samples and classic 90's kits ?

btw did you post a thread a long time ago about a compact analog mixing console ?

Hi
No I didnt post about the mixing console

Those classic 90's packs are good so I hear but never used them myself I still tend to chop my beats from break beats and tweak them

Soul G I looked for some sound design videos on cubase 5 didn't find much but this is a good one to show what can be achieved with syntheses, this video is ableton but the same principles apply
This track was entirely built from just 2 samples ;-)
