Shame on them for all of the editing they have done with Sanford and Son and what ever show.

Nick @ Night had a Sanford and Son marathon last night and I couldn't believe the stuff they took out. I knew they were going to edit the racial slurs but damn, they were taking out entire scenes. I had to pull out my copy of the first season just to see what they removed. Alot of this is due in part to all the damn commercials that we've been bombarded with for the past number of years. Now we have commercials in movie theaters, what's next? I wouldn't be surprised to see this crap on DVDs in the near future.

My guess is that they did NOT show the episode where Fred came back from St. Louis. Funniest episode EVER!!!!

ROLLO: Hey, Pops, what it is?

FRED: Ask yo mamma what it is. Betcha she don't even know.

FRED (Continues): Yippie, yippie, yay, yay. Look who got outta jail, today. Bing! Bam! Boom! Somebody get this n**** out of my room!

FRED (Continues): Yippie, yippie, yay, yay. Look who got outta jail, today. Bing! Bam! Boom! Somebody get this n**** out of my room! The episode in which Lamont was supposed to get married:

They cut out the part where Fred calls the other family "A bunch of Jive Niggas"

The episode where Lamont has to go to traffic court:

They do show where Fred yells out. "Look at all these niggas in here"

But they edit out "There's enough niggas in here to make a Tarzan Movie".

The episode when Fred comes back from Mississippi:

I believe they did show Fred say "Bip Bam Boo, somebody get this nigga out of my room".

The Episode when Big Money Grip comes to town:

I believe they do show Aunt Esta reply to Grip by saying "What you say Nigga!!!"

The episide with Rosco Lee Brown:

They did cut out the scene when Fred says "This niggas Crazy".

But it's not just the "N" word that's being cut out. There are entire scenes being left out with tons of dialogue. That ain't right, and we should all feel cheated.

Peace

They might have done that(the unedited versions) to get people to watch since they was kicking off a weeknight @ 9:00pm thing. Im sure they switched up when they got show in the slot......
