i just hit the "wall" today. no sleep. concussion last week, that i'm still feelin'. nurse blew my vein, so my arm is sore and bruised. gotta do heavy lifting. head still hurts, got meds that don't help. i mean no sleep at all. went to the doc yesterday and he says you should take two days off and just rest. i say i can't do that 'cuz my manager is gone on vacation and i'm resposible for the monkey house. i know two can't handle all that work. come in today with zero hours sleep. i've been poppin' tylenol 3 since 8pm yesterday with wine. can't fall asleep. arm still hurts, head still hurts. get to work and it's busy. we're backed up. this one azzhole who has been here the longest, knows the least and gets paid the most is killin' me. no help! i can't do shit in the mean time 'cuz we're fallin' behind. still behind as i type, but i need the break. no lunch. still poppin' those pills hopin' my headache and arm pain go away. hopin' next time i eat it don't come back up. FRUSTRATION. hopin' to leave early. hell no! will this one bitch who doesn't do shit work overtime. hell no! my friend works at a gunstore down the street. that's what i know. i'm not like that, but fvck. i'm done.
