Come and celebrate taboolife's 3 year anniversary!
The make up date is now set for Jellybean's Toronto debut. (JB was unable to make the April 4th engagement as all flights werre cancelled due to inclement weather.)Opening will be an amazing live performance from the preeminent Capoeira band from Brasil. Comprised of dancers and live percussion- be prepared for some afro-brasilian brilliance!

bio GRUPO AXÉ CAPOEIRA:
Grupo Axé Capoeira began in Recife in 1982. Today, as Canada's first academy of Capoeira, the Grupo continues to rise as one of the world's leading Capoeira organizations. Backed by worldwide releases of four albums of music on CD, the video release of the 2000 International Encounter and the Performance video for the release of the Axé Capoeira Volume IV CD, enrollment continues to steadily increase with over 8000 students from all over the world.
The Grupo continues to travel around the world and participate in competitions and has participated in the 2001 International Capoeira Competition in Argentina. Furthermore, Grupo Axé Capoeira is renowned as a traveling group which promotes the history, music, art, and culture of Brazil in interactive and educational demonstrations.They will be flying in from Brasil the week of the event.
