Help I didn't tape it but I can tell you what happened verbatim! Also they may run an encore this weekend...maybe. Check your local listings or the 24 web site. Man 24 is "the" best show on television period!
Peace

It is definately the best written show I've seen in a long time and I have'nt been this hooked on a series since the first 6 or seven seasons of X-Files.

Damn, according to the website, the encore presentations were Wednesday and Thursday on FX. I guess because of the Memorial Day holiday, and the network is probably starting a new show in that slot next week. I did see it, but I was hoping to watch it again.
The good news is the show is listed in the Fall show lineup. My boyfriend knows I love the show (and have about 5 other people watching it now.) He said that he heard they were thinking of making a movie out of it. Anybody else hear that?
Oh! And for those of you up late night, check out Conan O'Brien. He has his own version of the show, called "60". It's funny icon_rofl.gif

it's a great concept - love the show, although no way is it better than 6 Feet Under.
Best show on network TV though - love the pace, although sometimes it pushes the suspension of disbelief a bit far.

A lot of people I know watch 6ft Under. My cousin's family is in the funeral business and she watches it religiously. What type of topics have they been handling on the show?
24 is just a great concept and very well done. They push the limits for TV. The first season was excellent. The second season was very good too, but I wanted a little more in the finale. The fighting scene towards the end when Jack went into power-up mode was great! graemlins/thumbsup.gif
What did you think of the ending of this season?

What did you think of the ending of this season? 6FU will turn you out. The show is about as REAL as I've ever seen. Like OZ, it focuses on characters that are really believable, because they all have their inherent faults. There are no real "bad guys" or "good guys" -- they all think they're good. The inter-familial relationships, the sexual and romantic relationships.... it's very complex and yet such a real feel. Would def check it out (I believe the first season is out on VHS and DVD).
As for the finale of 24, it was a tad predictable. I enjoyed the season a great deal, but can you REALLY believe that ALL OF THAT only took 24 hours? And then peeps were like "see ya tomorrow". Please - my ass woulda been in Tahiti after a day like that!
