Selling one of my classic rotary mixers. This is a rare French made mixer from the Power MPA family.
This model is the 2 rack space unit MPA601. Features: 3 Phono Inputs, 2 Mic inputs, 4 AUX inputs on 2 additional channels. 6 LED meter for monitoring levels. Balance, Stereo/Mono Switch with XLR inputs for mics and XLR outputs. Also has 1/4" TRS main inserts for running an isolator or delay/reverb unit.
I can tell you what I know about the Power brand. From my experience, there is 2 models they made for the DJ market. The 601 was a 2 space unit, and the 801 was a 3 space unit. The 801 added 2 main features like 3 band EQ with -10/+10dB for HI/MID/LOW control, as well as a microphone talk-over option with ducking adjustment. I have owned 3 of the 801 models, and can say I have never before found a 601 model listed in anyones collection. Of course they're out there, but I don't believe a lot of these units made their way across the water.
This 601 works very well. I will say I have only noticed 1 small issue with the #3 phono input. When you listen to this input with no other sound running through the mixer, there is a small amount of white noise in this input. It has never played a problem for me, and it is a very very low level noise. You might not even notice it, but I want to clear on my mixers condition.
