Yea Cosmo D from outer space (my other dog) now has a brother.

These ladies in Da Bronx have over 127 dogs and have a deal that they can put strays on display they get outside Petco in Union Square.

Ro and I saw this one that’s about 4 years (all the puppies can find homes but its hard for the older ones)....

Poor guy, he could barely move. They picked him up off the streets in Da Bronx. He must have been abandoned for a long as time cause he is nothing but bones. And I mean nothing but bones.

A little smaller than my Dalmatian, he is all white with a pink nose and pink ears with a few spots on his face.

He was dehydrated when they found him and the vet had him on an IV just yesterday.

The cool thing is these ladies are sponsored by Petco so when you take a dog, Petco pays all the medical bills and the dogs are free.

Since we are in Jersey, they even drove the dog over. When they saw where we lived and Cosmo and all that the ladies were really happy cause he knew he’d get a good home.

He can barely eat since he was dehydrated. I fed him a little last night and gave him water and made him a homemade soup. He just passed out. But when he got up this morning there was a little tail wagging and he was moving around a little.

I like him. We are gonna name him Finnegan. That’s Finni for short.

Hopefully he will get strong again and fatten up good.

I mean they pay the medical bills.

There is no excuse for people that have the space and little love to save these animals from a life they dont deserve.

No one can measure the love one gets back from a good dog.....or as my Grandmother use to say 'When I die I hope God sends to doggie heaven'.

Dog's suck. Props for the rescue though. I'm sure your neighbors will love him, right?

Man that's some good stuff Jaimie. If I could have a dog in my apartment I would. Take care of it and you'll get unconditional love. There is a reason they are called "Man's best friend'

my dog LuLu doesn't bark and holds it until she can go outside to her private area and do her business. She's a lady. I am so lucky.

Here's the deal, my across the street neighbor is a Vet. Him and his wife rescue and adopt dogs all the time (must go with the job). After Dog #5 me and some other neighbors had enough. They are busy people (they are vets for gods sake) and don't have time for these dogs. They never walk them, they just turn them loose in their yard at different times. They are not socialized whatsoever. Everytime somebody walks by all 5 dogs go balistic. Let just say they only have two now which is the law here.

we rescued two sets of kittens over the winter...the youngest set i adopted out, but still have 5 seven month old cats left in my backyard. 2 are well behaved and a local vet my take in, other three i'm not sure what is gonna happen to. i already had one adult cat indoors, and just took in another one that was related to the kittens. if anyone in or near jersey wants some young cats, let me know.

SIKE! Alright!

We are giving him that Pidia-lite stuff that babies drink.

He took a shit this morning...and he is cleaning himself a little..thats a real good sign....this poor guy's waist is like 3 inches long when it should be about 7.
