If you are asking "how do I put my mix online" then it's all about who's hosting it (or you can get your own website and host yourself for $10-$20/month). You use RealProducer to encode a recorded mix, then upload it to whichever host via an FTP program like FETCH or WS-FTP (the programs can be found online for free). Then you can access the mix from the web and can post links to it wherever you like for others to listen to.
