If anyone is familiar with this record, could you tell me about the bassline used?

Did it originate with Flute Song, or was it taken from an earlier Disco or Italo track.

(this is the same bassline that Idjut Boys used in "Schlam Me")

I'm surprised that this doesn't get played alot.

The bassline sounds like an original production.
I believe it was released in 1993 but it sounds as if it was released in 88.
