1991 was the year I first heard this.
It's a real jazzy type of cut and there's a vocal snippet of a guy saying "Whether you're rich or poor it's nice to have money".
This record is sick!!!!!!!!!!

I don't remember the name, but I think it was on 8ball records. This might have been a DJ Smash record. I have it somewhere...
