Steve Poindexter/Phase II had a track called Body Heat on Muzique Records. I don't have the track but I've seen it on someone's wish list of Chicago House. Maybe this is it? I keep hearing them say Body Heat in the mix you posted.

It was released in '91 and the mix is from '87. the track also doesn't sound like Steve Poindexter but I could be wrong (I don't know if he released stuff in the 80's)
