Anyone ever dealt with these guys getting stuff repaired before? I had to send in my Vestax pcv-275 mixer to get fixed (less than a year old!) and it seems that they're taking their time. . .

JMJ,
Are you speaking from experience?? This scares me. . .
I have heard from very reliable sources that they gut your mixer, repair the board, load it into another box, and re-sell the mixers at flea markets. If you get yours back, it'll probably be filled with rocks. Some 13 year-old in Queens is probably rocking your old mixer RIGHT NOW! I would call them immediately.......JMJ graemlins/cool_shades.gif

I knew of some places that did that back in the day. Claimed that they either it was sent to another repair shop and lost or that you picked it up already or that it must have been lifted from the shop. If you looked at the ticket fineprint, it stated not responsible for lost or stolen property. So they were off the hook on it.

He should go down there with a bat.....JMJ
