Recording artist, Manchildblack and producer/remixer,
Ian Friday (Tea Party Music) strike again at the heart
of Gotham with their latest installment of the hottest
new soul event, Libation. This month, the duo present
a celebration extravaganza of the fete's first
anniversary!
April's "Excursion Into Soul," blends dynamic dance
madness with new world flair, staging a stylish
collection of happenings infused into one fabulous
event.
With Resident DJ Ian Friday dishing out the infectious
vibes that are his trademark, the addition of guest DJ
Kervyn Mark (The Melting Pot) will create a feverish
pitch among the party's disciples. To add to this
delicious elixir, Libation will welcome the Universal
Jazz recording artist, Jacques Schwarz-Bart, the
renowned saxophonist who has played with everyone from
D' Angelo to Erykah Badu.
As a special extra to this month's celebration,
Libation will "paint the town" with the visual artist
Concep who will stimulate all eyes by creating live
body art on willing participants!
Part Live Art Show, part tantric dance event, Libation
offers a unique LES event. Don't forget to partake in
Manchildblack's heavenly signature drink "The
Libation," as we raise our glasses in celebration.
