where do i record shop/go out in baltimore?

unfortunately, working in baltimore all summer (i am a san francisco resident).

where do i dig for disco, and where do i go out in baltimore? i know little about the city, and all i can see is the comercial "inner harbor" side of the city.

i know there must be interesting stuff under the surface... where is it?
