Chicago’s finest deep and soulful exports, Mr. A.L.I. & Anthony Nicholson both make their UK debut, working in a collaboration with Need2Soul showcasing rare US house music talents at B-Live.
Mr. A.L.I is a band created with the intention of bringing back a live element to the world of soulful dance music and put together by dance industry veteran producer Jere McAllister and his partner Vick Lavender. It features an ever-changing, multi-cultural melting pot, of musicians. Anchored by the vocal stylings of, singer/songwriter, Carla Prather, the group showcases everything from Afro-Latin rhythms to soulful harmonies to a touch of Jazz.
Anthony Nicholson aka Miquifaye is deeply rooted in the movement of taking music and art forward in the windy city, across the globe and around the world. Anthony has a discography that has been one of the most respected and sought after collections in dance music. Launching “Circular Motion” and “Infinite Audio” and holding down a residency at Chicagos' Sonotheque for 3 years as a dj/programmer Anthony has consistantly and dilligently exposed music with a message to a diverse audience.
With Rap Saunders, NEED2SOUL resident also getting in on the action, B-Live covers all your bases and caters all of your deep house needs this cold December night.
