Both guest acts Clectic and Colorblind come from Lyon in France and represent the very underrated, but extremely vibrant and colourful scene in with sounds similar to Giles Peterson and Mr Scruff.
Colorblind features DJ Spider (Plein Gaz co-founder) and Tokyo DJ Jun Matsuoka. They are joined by musicians with jazz and latin background, and unlike most of today's so-called live acts, Colorblind really delivers a flesh-and-bone performance! Largely influenced by Afro-American music in its widest sense underlined by Its powerful beats, their releases met with a great response from DJs Rainer Trüby, Mr Scruff, Giles Peterson, Zero dB, Nicola Conte and Jazzanova.
Clectic's unique blend of hip-hop, rare groove, funk and electronica beats has given him residencies in clubs such as Batofar (Paris) and La Marquise (Lyon).
One World Live is the odyssey through the melting pot of electronic music. A Nu Yorica for the 21st century if you like, spanning hip-hop, drum & bass, house, funk, jazz, latin & afro inspired mayhem. With a host of residents on rotation: Ross Allen (London Live), Paul Thomas (Radio 1), Olivier Tison (Luminaweb), Tankred Moss (Click).
