Track ID from a song back around 92

Im looking for a track that had a female vocalist on it and during the song she say, "You just want to do what you want to do" Then the hook goes like, "Don't Try it, Don't Try" I know it had to have been out around 92 or so but I havent been able to find out who it is. Please help.
