Does anyone have a Jane Mason's Free out there that they are trying to get rid of? Also can you tell me if this is the correct name of it? If not what is the correct name of the album.

I think you are refering to James Mason 'Free' taken from the album 'Rhythm Of Life' Chiaroscuro Records 1977.
There is also a new version of this track by Cosmic Village on Sony Jap.

Both essential purchase IMO.
