An update on the record collection for sale...

To those that have already emailed me about the records,
please accept my apologies for being out of touch
for so long. The same situation that prompted the record
sale in the first place has prevented me from giving
proper attention to the hundreds of inquiries I
received about the collection.
For those few that have already purchased records from me,
thank you for your support.
Also, I'd like to send out a *very* special thanks to:

All of the above stepped up to the plate and offered

To all those eager to buy records out of the collection,
a few key points:
At long last I will be devoting almost the entirety of
the next 8 weeks to the sale.
With the exception of a few people that have bought a
handful of tracks, over 98% of the collection is still
intact.
Due to the overwhelming response, if you are serious
about buying you'll need to send me an email with
your phone number and the best time to reach you.
I've received over 300 inquiries to date and only have
time to deal with those that show they are genuinely
interested in making a purchase by including their phone
number for offline contact.
For those of you that have already given me your
number please email me again to let me know that you
still have an interest.
You are my first priority if you are willing to invest
a minimum of 200$ at this time. I can deliver titles to
you from your own pre-existing want list as well as make
recommendations and play titles over the phone
for you once I've got a clear sense of what styles,
artists, labels and genres you're looking for.
After I've dealt with the dedicated buyers that want
to buy titles by appointment, I will begin listing the
remaining rarities to be sold auction style.
If you are an initial buyer by appointment, you'll have
the advantage of flat pricing rather than competing
with others which will push prices up higher.
Either way, please save your time and mine if you're
not comfortable paying at least 20 dollars a piece for
selected out of print rarities. Having owned an out of
print record finding business for many years, I know
what each and every record can fetch. If you're looking
for bargain basement deals, this is definitely not the
sale for you.
On the other hand, you'll be delighted if you don't
mind paying well for gems that you're not likely to
find elsewhere.
Once the collection has been picked over fairly well,
*if* I have time I will eventually list the remainder
of the less valuable records. If you're only willing
to pay 5-10 dollars per title, please wait until I
get to that stage before making contact.
I will be accepting payments via PayPal and Western Union.
Unfortunately a few people left me hanging with promises
to send funds on tracks that were in very high demand.
So, at this point I will not be selling to anyone that
doesn't have the means to offer payment for their records
within 48 hours of arrangements being made.
All orders will be shipped by registered Priority Mail
or UPS, with insurance as an additional option.
Shipping and handling will be 5$ for the first record
and .75 cents for each additional record in the U.S.
For international orders, all I need are the actual
shipping charges plus $2.50 for packaging and handling.
All orders are 100% guaranteed... if there is *any* problem
with the records whatsoever I will gladly offer a
full refund or exchange with their return.
For any that do not know me personally, I can easily
offer personal references from other buyers that can vouch
for my absolute integrity.
