View Full Version : ((((REWIRE))))
Has anyone tried this yet? I followed the directions and was able to play the track from Reason 2.5 and Logic being the master. But can you actually launch a device (Malstrom, ReDrum, DR. Rex, etc) and play the sounds from Logic or whatever app you're using. graemlins/conf44.gif
So easy a protic can do it (QUAD)

yes, and i also believe it's possible in the newer versions of logic....the ReWire2 protocol also transmits midi data....so if you use Reason as a rewire slave for your sequencer all the reason devices should come up the same way as plugin-synths in your sequencer..as quad already described...works like a charm..

what version of logic are you using?
I think since Macintosh took over Logic, they are not supporting Rewire. I am not totally sure on this, but i seem to remember reading that...
Also i use logic and there's uh,like no rewire thingie anymore...(hows that for a technical answer?)
