Does anyone know the pixel requirements for something that size. iwas to use the company web site logo but I want to be sure..

In general, the resolution required for print is much much larger than that required for the web. I'm sure the printer should be able to give you specs. If the logo from your website is a jpeg or gif, it will be WAY too small to use for printing of any kind.

Ideally, you need a vector version of your logo. Vector files are resolution independent, and are most commonly used in programs like Adobe Illustrator.
