Born and raised in Newark, New Jersey

Master Hak comes from a family that has a passion for music.

Today, this Mixologist now lives in South Carolina.

In the past, Master Hak has performed at clubs such as Zanzibar, Sensations, Club 280 and Club Marlos alongside DJ's such as Bruce Jeffers (Phunk Farmers Music), Tony V. & Ceasar Kelley (Nocturnal DJ's), Johnny Dangerous (Foremost Poets), DJ Speedy (Face The Bass) and DJ Camacho (Wake Up), just to name a few.

In the present, he draws inspiration from DJ's such as Tony Humphries, Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, Franck Roger, Boddhi Satva, Scott Wozniak, Alix Alvarez, Karizma, Joe Claussell, Louie Lou Gorbea, Jovonn, Quentin Harris, Kerri Chandler, Mr V, DJ Spinna, David Harness, Rocco, Jeremias Santiago, CJ Giovanni, Tony Loreto, Terry Hunter, Reelsoul, Henrik Schwarz, Boyd Jarvis, Marshall Jefferson, Teddy Douglas, Tony Dennis and Glenn Underground.
