all they care about is if you're playing what they're feeling, and...

Speakers get blown, amps get fried, needles break, CDs get jammed,
and even an old drum can give out after time.
It's all about being prepared with a BACKUP!

Agreed, vinyl is dying. I use M-Audio Torq (with vinyl control records).
I tried using a CDJ-1200 last night...totally different feel (I didn't like).
For me, Torq and 1200s is just like playing...

They work...they're the industry standard.
Everything else is a compromise...especially considering that if/when you start playing at places other than your bedroom, there will be Technic...
