Never quite understood the American media's disdain for Stone Temple Pilots though. Their 1st 3 albums were on point IMO & they continued output where most of their peers fell off.

Mos def. Brendan O'Brien & Butch Vig certainly had the pick of most of the top bands of that era. Alot of the work done on those albums are mos def a quintessial piece of Americana IMO. Tite post btw.
