RIP Peter. I was always impressed with the sound quality of the tracks from his label. My all time favorite is Massive - Who Am I. Favorite remix Depeche Mode - It's No Good (Club 69 Future Mix)....

Happy Birthday Mike. Check your e-mail!
Agreed! First time I heard it was at a party in Brooklyn 1976. Funny I just saw the album at the flea market Sunday.
Heard this on NPR this Afternoon. Nothing new, but great to hear anyway.

Great song. I takes me back to fun times with great friends at 99 Prince Street. 1978 was one of the many great years for music. Other songs David Mancuso would play from that time. Damon Harris -...
10 Years! Wow, I can remember stopping by the bar on Pratt Street. Goodtimes. Congrats.
I started out with a mic mixer. One of my buddies said I should check out this dude with the GLI Mixer, it has a headphone cue. The mixer was a 3800 with the pre-amp the year was 1977. I got to play...
Thanks. Loved his work with The Dells. Must break out the "Sweet As Funk Can Be" LP

Thank you for posting the series. Kenny reciting the names took me back in time. Such good times.
I also loved the intro to Loving You, Losing You. Sleaze, early morning music at it's finest. Last year I discovered a Re-edit from DJ Lary Sanders of "Leaving The Good Life Behind" 1975 Disco Track....
Indeed, A really good track. I'm partial to the "D-Tour Mix". Thanks for the reminder. It's another song to rip.
Agreed. Very Nice.

Indeed a great track. I was think about this track last week. I'm planning to go to storage and find the second set of mixes to rip. Sad story behind the murder.
Nice words from Mr. Medina. And the little duet sounded great. What! No custom mic or processing!
Very sad indeed. She was a good friend. RIP.

Thorens TD125 II. They have limited pitch range and you had to hvae a light touch so platter would not stop, but if you let the record go it would lock in instantly. I love them. Sorry I'm Late!
