The bottom line is whether a DJ sells or gives away their CD's, I would appreciate track marks. I know I am not by myself in thinking this.

I have bought a mixed CD or two from certain music stores and from struggling artist on the steets and found out that there was no track marks in it after the fact.

I understand that too but, This is just your point of view just like me wanting the tracks in but, I don't make mixed CD's. I get them and listen to them. To me, that is more important.

This may be true in some cases but, Is your friend one of the DJ's that pays the artists he records on his CD's part of the proceeds he make from selling them OR is the music on them are of HIS own...

Who says I am not going to listen the whole thing if there are tracks in it?

Like I said, I may want to go back or forward in the mix whether it's the 1st or everytime after I listen to it.

I have paid DJ's for some of their mixes and got the same thing. Don't come with that one. You must be one of them....
