So your incessant piss takes of London accents aren't personal attacks on a par with the ones you have cited?
You seem to want G Man to close the thread 'cos half of what you've said doesn't hold any water but you won't admit your wrong. When someone poses a question that's a bit tricky you come up with this excuse of organizing a club night, despite the fact you said you've got all day. [When I asked you to define class divisions and for your opinions on Thatcher's legacy].
Re Jungle wasn't it, I don't like it, what ?

eating coal? Are you joking? that's for special occasions like birthdays and christmas, most of the time we're lucky to eat owt, I mostly have to forage around in slag heaps for remains of nuts and berries.
(sorry I'm in bored at work waiting to go home mode)

good luck again with YOUR night </font>
Thanks Martin Red, I been having to tell people since last week that the list is full so hopefully we'll be ok, there's really no need to be jealous of any London parties so you have nothing to worry about, like i say, we just want to dance to good music and not worry about anything else at that time. I know it sounds very very selfish but hey, we are from London.
Of course it's my night, why you think its's got Branwell 'Head' Hewson on the damn flyer? Adrian Champion and me arrange it. If you look closely you can also see other DJ's on there. Again, its not rocket science, just for fun.

Thought I'd join in at this stage...
Soul Nation does seem to be a bit London centric. Trev does need to open his ears a bit wider, maybe he will in later episodes, maybe wind down the (banned!lol) darkened windows of his X5....
Drum and Bass is great, I guess i went to the right parties, if you listen to it loud enough you'll be fine even if it does sound like 'fog horns being played through giant metal tubes' to quote the daily mail (snotty UK paper).
Some of Uk garage was good to, Rosie gaines - closer than close...very big when I lived in south London(94/95)...Todd edwards, Grant nelson. I got a reissue of Gruv'n disco affairs - you dont want to lose it....it reminds me of my time on the no.36 bus in S. London a lot! I don't relate to so solid crew, I can't dance to it...it's all catch phrases and no solid grooves to get down to.
Anyway....
I'm loving the name, RuralStu.

I thought i'd better change mine too so people are aware.

London is full of smog and nasty cars. And don't talk to me about the house prices!
