Ok...I'm Trying To Eat Healthy But Dayum

I don't want to see another skinnless chicken breast or Talapia for at least a few days.

I'm tired of veggies too... gonna go get some brown rice and fruit now

less servings, meats with veges and salads...jogging...

If that don't work, try living in Ethiopia or someplace else where the food is not as abundant as in America.

You can try ground turkey dishes for options. Anything you can do with ground beef you can do with ground turkey.

over time what tastes boring to you now will be what your body desires. you won't crave sweet/salty/fatty/processed and instead will want to feed yourself more healthful, less refined foods. keep it up and your tastes will change.

Do you like to cook, Terry? It matters. I have all sorts of yummy stuff and don't feel deprived...except when someone is frying fish and I can smell it...
but really? Go on a recipe hunt. The South Beach Diet book has some yummy stuff and if you are good with seasonings (www.penzeys.com), you can come up with all sorts of ways to put a new spin on things. The Bangkok seasoning from Penzey's is the BOMB on fish!!!
