They should skip the implants and get a good therapist; it may even same them some money.

You and me neither...but I can't say that politely to folks who are thinking about getting them...what do they say to me? "Well...it's not like YOU need them" - how many of them see it as a need...not a desire but a need?

Yeah. Some folks have undergone a straight-up mind-fuck. But, who am I to judge? So, I'll stop...

Na.. It's just 3 times more likely that they're not happy women. Therapy as Kamiwa suggested is what they need... Lots of it.

p.s. Somewhere in New York a couple of guys are sitting down in their apartments and are agonizingly breaking down the details of the article to find inconsistencies.....

But I say the same thing about those who get reductions. I always wonder if working out would be the better route...but I just have a thing about surgeries even medically necessary ones.

I know a few women who have had reductions. 2 of them were very petite except for their breasts, excess weight was just not the issue. Another was chunky but fit, young and very physically active but had really distressing back issues due to her breasts.

I personally know 2 women that had reductions due to migraines and back problems. It's considered a health risk therefore health insurances cover the surgery.

    Angry

In Britain we have the NHS (National Health Service) which is basically health care for all, rich or poor. You get knocked over here, they sort you out and it doesn't need insurance etc. This is paid for by everyone here via tax.

Now, what sickens me is women are getting tit jobs on the NHS, they are going through as they have a need as they are suffering mental problems (or some shite) and the doctor puts them through as in need of bigger tits, makes me sick, when some old codger can't get his hip operated on straight away.

well way what you want, but when mine start sagging, i'll admit it - i'm going to seriously consider getting that and everything else LIFTED! and if they've shrunken, I'd think about some form of implants. I'm not going under my current size .... and some people lose them or gain them as they grow older. I hopefully will naturally gain em.

I'm vain, I'll admit it. And I love breasts.

I was thinking of working out in terms of strengthening back/abs/chest in order to handle the weight of the breasts, not really in terms of overall fitness, sorry I wasn't more clear...I can understand the back issues though.
