Street Fighter series was good too...more gangsterish/criminal underworld stuff than pure martial arts, but good at melding both

You know I love you guys but some of these picks ...arrrrg. I know I'm a bit of a Karate/Kung Fu movie snob but sorry I can't take gratuitous flying and don't care for a lot of weapons flicks (Duel to the Death was hottt). My Favorite ever was Return of (or Way of ) the Dragon when Bruce whups Chuck Norris' ass! The Shogun Assasin series (which Lone Wolf and Cub was an in stallment of) wasn't my style but the first one had me cracking up when he was running under the ninjas like they were fly balls! Jet Li's flicks were cool ... Loved the Gordon Liu flicks and Dance of the Drunk Mantis ! Boo to any that mentioned any David Chiang or Jimmy Wang Yu movies! And no Fearless Fighters either.....condescending rant off.

I remember going to Times Square to watch the 3 for $3 movies with the fellas, and they were showing three whack ass joints. There were 3 oriental brothers a few rows back so I said "Everytime they do something whack in the movie, let's turn our heads REAL slow and look at them" my boys were like " Yeah mufu you own yo own wit dat shit"

I forgot about The Water Margin (7 Blows Of The Dragon).

David Chiang and Ti Lung were on point together just like The Venoms.

Damn! What about 5 Masters Of Death and Invincible Pole Fighter?

Yo, are you up on the dude at Aqueduct Flea Market? He's got a pretty good selection of titles there. After my son lent out my copy of Chow Yun Fat's "Killer" (without my authorization I might add!), which never found its way home, I got a replacement there. I was there before that big raid 2 years ago. DVD's were going for 9 for $20, but not from the Karate flick dude. I even gave out some as Xmas gifts at work to my subordinates. The ones I couldn't stand! LOL
