So I walk out to my car this morning on the side of my building. The trash collectors must come today because there were a couple dumpsters out in the side of the parking lot. There is a man in one of them digging out cans. I didn't feel threatened but I saw a girl drive up into the garage that looked pretty frightened. Do you call security or leave him alone?

And that's what I did. But driving on my way to work I wondered how I would have felt if it were my girl walking to her car alone and the same thing happened. I mean you don't know what someone is capable of. It's a tough call I think. What if he came across a credit card application someone threw out and stole their identity?
