Here's the recipe. You might have to tweek it a bit...as each palate is different

Get all sensitive (like Twan "In Living Color") ...
Throw in a little defensiveness for flavor
Banter back 'n forth *stomping in the ground*
Mash in a few 'yo momma insults' or talk about somebody's child
Forget that this is a virtual listserv
Take ish personally

You'll be banned in no time. Did I leave out any ingredients? Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 (usually over a lunch break)...remove from oven...and let cool.
