the sound quality will be very poor a 3 on a scale from 1-10 no matter waht program or method you use including PC or MAC


i use firefox add on to get the video which is in flash format. you'd have to get a converter of flash to mp3 or use videora to convert to mpeg and use windows movie maker to convert to mp3.

Download the latest Real player. It prompts if you want to d/l vids, mp3s etc. Youtube vids come cown as flv files which Real can play. You can even burn to dvds using a program callled dvd flick. It converts nearly all video formats automatically b4 it burns the disc.

I get a RIF. Didn't realize you said just the audio. I only know hoiw to extract audio once it's a dvd. Using IMtooDVD.
