Taking some next week but even with like 15 days, including weekends it don't shave it down to squat.

My boss has been told by accounting that I need to be below 35 days but the bitch ass bitch (who takes off more fucking time than anyone) won't heed and tell me to get the fuck outa here for a month or so, his approach to me taking time off the fecking reason I got so many days.

I felt close to losing my mind with the discrimination and lies that were going on anyway. It's about time to start a new chapter. Now, I should figure out if I feel like going to Coney Island today.

Dude, I'm going through the exact same thing, although I'm not worried about losing my position anytime soon. The corruption I see around me is atrocious. Half the staff is "away from the office" and many ride the system, affecting other employees in the process.

The morale has gone to the shits.

Many here have left without even finding a new job to replace theirs with. I've just updated my resume, so I'm getting ready.

Thanks. The funny thing is not only are they securing this woman's job which, by the way is more than three times the amount that I make(she's been doing the boss for years with no shame), but all of the jobs that they've eliminated were filled by people of color. There has been way to much crap going on, and I had to voice my opinions about it...
