DHP-how was your weekend every body

I wonder how your weekend was? I know there was alot to do here in NYC.
I was in a quiet mood this weekend, and stayed in. Didn't go out to any parties or events... and enjoyed lots of me time... and some time with my niece....
I started a new painting, which was cool, hadn't picked up a paint brush in way too long...
    yep
    it was a good one....

    Good.

Finished my move to a new apt, really more of a townhome with a dope patio that's as big as my living room, maybe even bigger. Spent the weekend with my daughter Jaelyn and my GF Liz. Alternated between playing with Jae and putting things away. Hopped a jet plane this morning and am now in SF for the week.

I had the pleasure of meeting and hanging out with the lovely and delightful Crescendo on Friday til much too late Friday nite/Saturday morn

Aside for the occasional meal, I spent most of the rest of the weekend in bed, blissfully supine, drifting in and out of sleep, starting movies, but never finishing them . . .

    WET!

It started to rain Friday morning and didn't stop. A lil bummed, I almost re-played an old mix for my 2nd hr sho of the Wake and Bake set. But got enhanced and rode with it.

    This weekend was just tiring.

Friday night I was finishing a paper for class the next day. Saturday I had class and I was tired by the time I got home. Sunday I went to the library then I went to the Jamboree. I had a nice time. I only caught Spinna but Spinna always does his thing.

I understand the need for me time. I probably will take some real soon and start doing something I always wanted to do.
