Prop 7 would have hindered small-scale independent alternative evergy developments and Prop 10 was all about natural gas and only natural gas. Prop 10 was supported by that billionaire T. Boone Pickens, and guess who it would have benefited.

There's always more than meets the eye with these propositions. Some are very tricky and have many caveats.
