    Zoom PBS, the original lineup

It must have been 2nd grade, for me. Still remember the theme song. Before Good Times' Thelma, there was Zoom's "'Nancy, Nancy, Nancy". Reminded me of girls I went to grammar school with, at the time.

I never noticed it, as a kid, but damn, the score(minus the kids singing) is some jazzy shit.

    PBS was cool back then.

I had a crush on Nina when I was a shorty.

Kids get off on booty videos and video games now, the times have changed.

I love showing these videos to my daughter, she loves them.

I do wonder where the cast is now, sounds like a mission for VH1?

Too bad the ZOOM intro didn't show the school riots in Boston.

Zoom even had it's own language "Hi bi Fri-beinds, Ubba dubbia-bubbi scubba-bubbi".

    Like pig Latin.

Whenever I think of Zoom, I think:

    "Self-Addressed, Stamped Envelope"

    aka Send it to Zoooooom!
