    It would depend who said it, how much/often they patronize, and what you determine is truly driving their opinion.

    Good question V and the answer is no, a patron should be able to discuss their feelings about the party to the promoter, I personally think it can be an effective tool as a way of understanding what some of your people are looking for relative to DJ's and such..........

    Bottom line is that you won't be able to satisfy everyone's individual concerns, but you are or should be in a constant search of understanding how to make your product better.......
