Kontakt VST! Who got it?

Just loaded this VST and have no Idea how the work it.

Im getting signal from the keyboard but, I don't know how to load the sounds!

Whos got this VST?

been ages since i used it mate only had a try before you by version they didnt have the sample sounds
looks pretty good though
im asuming you have the full purchased version with the 33gb sound database?

Nope.

I got it from some one but I will check the disk to see about the sounds.

Also even with out the sounds Im able to pull up files on my HD but my problem is I dont know how to load them.

I see them but how do you load them?

ok chances are you havnt got the sounds
if i get vhance i will instal the copy i have too see how you load the sounds of your hd

I was just anxious to get using it and at the sametime trying to get to know who on here had it.

Normally I'd do that but I have to get the pdf off the net

Btw. I hate reading manuals on a computer screen. Its just not the same as holding a book. You know what I mean?

Sorry my man, I wasn't trying to be a smart ass, hehehe! I don't use it myself so I can't help with that app...I use something else. I do know you need the libraries to do anything with Kontakt, though.

kontakt is a powerful sampler. I have it and I don't like the sounds that are in the library so I use my own samples. you can pull up any sound in the browser and click it two times and it will come up in your sampler auto sampled across your keyboard. hope that helps also there is a kontakt tutorial video google it. peace mark

No.

I just brushed it off and also removed the program.
I'll keep using sample tank and the NN-XT in reason.
Yeah I may be missing out on some of the features Kontak has but Im using what works to keep my life simple.
