Haggis is made from sheep's offal (or pluck). The windpipe, lungs, heart and liver of the sheep are boiled and then minced. This is mixed with beef suet and lightly toasted oatmeal. Every year on burns day Jan 25th(robert burns the famous scottish poet)The haggis is addressed and a feast takes place.

Its one of those things!You either love it or u hate it!PPl are put of by the thought of what its made off and some people cant get enough of the stuff.It usually a sarcastic thing if someone calls u a haggis but usually only in a fun sense lol!Im surprised you havent heard of it!
