WTF is up with the Gobama Squad and their attraction to tax scofflaws and padded-envelope takers? Isn't this, like, the fourth embarassment following Bill Richardson, Timothy Geithner and Nancy Killefer (Deputy budget director who withdrew for failing to pay employment taxes for household help.)

I mean, for a campaign that was touted as mistake-free, they sure are catching up on 'em now.

I guess I'm glad Daschle is out, less for his tax mistakes than for the fact that he got awful close to the healthcare industry while out of office.

But, considering that Bu$h picked Rumsfeld, Ashcroft, Gonzales and Chertoff for his cabinet, I don't think the Democrats should feel too bad over these missteps...

Its the ego's of these guys that is amazing. Daschle knew about everything, but just thought that he could talk his way out of it.

This joke has been around for awhile, but could not resist:

How can you tell when a politician is lying?

ans. When their lips are moving.

I figure she wouldn't be confirmed until this time next year.
