Good People,

Last week we focused on the Black astronauts - those precious few who have had the opportunity to penetrate the atmosphere and explore the cosmos and...those who died trying.

This week we take a look at trends in Black health. So far I've explored hypertension and sexually transmitted diseases on my Facebook notes. Notes on cancer, nutrition and emotional well-being are to follow.

With knowledge about the direction our behavior is taking us in, we can use it to plot new courses and apprehend more beneficial outcomes. We've been told, time and time again, that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. Its time to escape the pull of the familiar in exchange for the abundance that surrounds us.
