The same way Peven knows his record helped Jamie 3:26, and every other DJ's career.

    Blah blah blah

The responses in this thread aren't just about the "edits" issue. That rep stated quite a few issues, some with merit, while others were outlandish.
u not gonna pull me into that hot funky mess lol. i gotz no commentz about it. as u alluded, there was some discussion about remixing and edits and my post was to that discussion.

This Thread is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE, i been on the Pee for a long long time and this is at least top 5 material.

the thing that kind of sticks in my craw is the US djs thing, I havent heard One mix by a UK dj that had Peven's music on it, im sure there may be but i aint heard it!! and also the CRAP sandwich that was thrown in Jamie 326's face on a public forum, one kat i know plays and Supports Peven's stuff like no other i have heard. DAMN thats Bullshit. Peven's camp Owe's him a big fat apology! As for Editing, Remixing, or purchasing Peven's music thats the last thing on my list at this point. Peven has been Ill served by this spokes person in a HUGE way.

I love Peven's music and played it at every chance i could get, but to know that his Camp as well as Him felt this way about the US dj's is Shocking I AM AGHAST!!! (LOL)

Peven, get yourself some new reprsentatives your talent deserves better. I wont take a slap like that about US dj's and still play your music it aint gonna happen at this point unless something changes within your organization and i see a public apology for all the US dj's that have been bangin your music for years and years without fail.

I'm so-not going through a mound of threads from 2007 to find that but, if you care to, the thread was titled: the Sound System Block Party, and Our Scene of Classless Individuals. That event happens around the end of July so, my guess would be to start around the the 19th 2007. Good luck.

His tracks haven't helped me any more or less than any other tracks - certainly haven't gotten me any gigs as a result. Can't jump on this wagon.

He makes good music, but if I never played another one of his tracks it wouldn't affect me or my music one bit. 30,000 other pieces of music to work with puts his importance and demands in a different perspective altogether....JMJ

Ultimately this is what I feel as well. Look at my playlists from when I did cyberjamz with barry up to my last mix from last november (dam I gotta get on the ball with that, need a new one) not one Peven track, so, no wagon hopping here. shit some of you here have heard me live and never had to drop a peven track to get "respect" as a noob on the dj scene.

During my Cyberjamz show: Maybe one Peven track during a 3 hour show

Live: Maybe one or two Peven tracks (no more than two) during a 2 or 3 hour set or longer.

Just not a big impact on what I play, and I play a little bit of everything.

Good music, but wouldn't miss a beat if I never played another one of his tracks......JMJ
