    FAO Lil Ray

What Kind of curry do you use? I make a decent curry chicken but I fall short not enough curriness. Most recent one I tried was from a Guyana store (can't remember name) I trust because the carried the right jerk sauce (Walkerswood)

    Betapac (Jamaican) Curry Powder

    or

    Jamaica Star Curry Powder -

You can find both of these in the Korean Stores in the Carribean neighbourhoods. Betapac is my first choice...use gloves when seasoning. You really don't need to use a lot. The color and flavor is out of this world.

You can use Blue Mountain or Grace brands if you must be they are lighter....stay away from the one that says "hot" (the red cap)...you can alwas add your own heat.

I am not a fan of Chief, which is everywhere...and seeing how many are always on the shelves, not too many people are either.:
