I am a newb to the dhp and i wanted to know out of the top 40 common disco classics which ones can you not help but love no matter how many hundred or thousands of times you heard them. And that you may not want to admit you still like.

"MAY YOU LIVE AS LONG AS YOU WANT, BUT NEVER WANT AS LONG AS YOU LIVE. MAY YOU LIVE TO BE 100, & ME 100 BUT MINUS A DAY, SO THAT I'LL KNOW THAT NICE PEOPLE LIKE YOU, HAVE PASSED MY WAY. AND REMEMBER, WHEN FRANKIE CROCKER ISN'T ON YOUR RADIO, YOUR RADIO JUST ISN'T REALLY ON."
Love HAngover - forget it!
LITM - MFSB - Forget it!
Hot Shot! - see above for comment
Running Away - see 2nd entry's comment
Quiet Village - oh my god, I have to break down and cry for this one. Every time.
Keep On - sometimes i cry for this one too. not so much these days. I must be "getting older".
Rock You Baby - I can't understand it, but this one makes me cry. I think it must be how he sings this song, and the sentiment. It's gotta be the falsetto. "Rock you baby, aaaah AAAAHHHHHH!"
I love the Nightlife - This woman's attitude while singing it, I've enjoyed this song since I was 6 years old (1978) and heard it in the land of no-dance, Cape Cod. And I thought to myself, "yes, maybe I too will one day love the nightlife on the disco round, as she obviously seems to."
