Hey Donna,
It's called "To Yourself Be Free" by Sima circa 1990. It came out on an Italian import produced by Italian producers, just can't think of which label at the moment.

The record got good distribution as a new release. I think I got it via Movin' Records back in the day. There were a few releases on that label that were easier to find than other Italian labels.
